Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced and proactive individual to join our Operations Dept to manage our award-winning driver team.

Key Tasks / Responsibilities

Reporting into the Head of Operations, our Operations Manager will manage the successful delivery of a high-profile and fast-paced vehicle delivery and collection service across the UK.   On behalf of our OEM customers, retailers and online vehicle sales channels, our 150+ driver team are based from our Chipping Warden Head Office, supported by our wider Operations team.

The role is accountable for the effective delivery of the entire order and movement fulfilment cycle.  With high levels of customer satisfaction at its core, the position also requires significant focus on maximising revenue performance and optimising driver efficiency throughout the planning and delivery process.  Ensuring sustainability and regulation adherence is integral.
