Main Purpose of Role

XPAuto’s Account Services Manager is responsible for the efficient running of the Account Services function.  Leading a busy team managing fleets on behalf of class-leading OEMs whilst supporting the delivery of exceptional customer experience.

Key Tasks / Responsibilities

  • Day to day management and development of the Account Services Team
  • Collaborating with the operational teams across XPAuto to identify opportunities to increase revenue and reduce waste
  • Ensuring that fleet reporting within each brand is up to date and accurate
  • Performing monthly reviews with team members to identify training and/or development needs
  • Managing the customer query escalation processes, to ensure resolution and identify any areas for process improvement
  • Create robust process plans to support new customer implementations
  • Managing full training and induction for new team members
  • Run and review weekly reports, to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Attend weekly meetings with Senior Management Team
  • Identifying and implementing any new initiatives to support the improvement of fleet management
  • Review and manage updates to internal processes and ensure these are effectively communicated to all relevant parties; thus guaranteeing a best practice approach throughout the business
