Account Services Manager
Main Purpose of Role
XPAuto’s Account Services Manager is responsible for the efficient running of the Account Services function. Leading a busy team managing fleets on behalf of class-leading OEMs whilst supporting the delivery of exceptional customer experience.
Key Tasks / Responsibilities
- Day to day management and development of the Account Services Team
- Collaborating with the operational teams across XPAuto to identify opportunities to increase revenue and reduce waste
- Ensuring that fleet reporting within each brand is up to date and accurate
- Performing monthly reviews with team members to identify training and/or development needs
- Managing the customer query escalation processes, to ensure resolution and identify any areas for process improvement
- Create robust process plans to support new customer implementations
- Managing full training and induction for new team members
- Run and review weekly reports, to identify opportunities for improvement
- Attend weekly meetings with Senior Management Team
- Identifying and implementing any new initiatives to support the improvement of fleet management
- Review and manage updates to internal processes and ensure these are effectively communicated to all relevant parties; thus guaranteeing a best practice approach throughout the business
- Carry out other duties which may be reasonably required
