Oliver Woodmansee
Chief Executive OfficerOliver is highly experienced in managing P&Ls across a breadth of international settings. As a result, he is widely recognised for business turnaround and strategy development.
Rebecca Martinez
Chief Financial OfficerRebecca applies her extensive experience within her finance career as XPGroup’s CFO, where she supports the business and her colleagues in achieving further success.
Karen Brittle
Chief Customer OfficerAs Chief Customer Officer at XPGroup, Karen brings over 20 years’ experience in the automotive and tech industry, specialising in dealer rental for over 15 years.
Graham Darby
Regional General ManagerAs RGM, Graham is responsible for overseeing and developing Chipping Warden’s technical function, whilst integrating into the wider Group family.
Carl Smith
Director of Technical ServicesCarl oversees the whole of the Technical Services Department at XPAuto, including 2 workshops, Smart Repair, the valet function, plus the set up of a parts and warranty facility.
Jeremy Holmes
Director of Account ManagementJeremy has 33 years’ experience within the automotive industry and for the last 22 years, he has headed up XPAuto’s Account Management.
Eddie Adkin
IT DirectorEddie has over 25 years’ experience in the IT sector, and as Director of IT, he works with our customers to provide innovative and bespoke solutions to meet their needs.

Head of OperationsAs XPAuto’s Head of Operations, Gavin is commercially focused and passionate about operating efficiency through scheduling, despatch and Ambassador drivers.
