- Action management technology to ensure each milestone is achieved in the car order and delivery management process
- Full white glove handover process conducted when delivering vehicles to ECOS user – the ECOS representative should be treated as a VIP customer
- Includes complex feeds to and from ECOS order system, factory, port handler and final prep centre arrival.
