Oliver Woodmansee

As Chief Executive Officer at XPGroup, Oliver is a key driver of the company’s growth and expansion. Whilst he was completing his postgraduate studies in Business Administration at Nottingham Business School, Oliver worked his way through Avis Budget Group becoming Sales Director of Avis in 2012, and then becoming Managing Director of Avis in the UAE. Here, he managed a large fleet of Rental and Leasing vehicles alongside two Chauffeur Drive businesses.

Oliver is highly experienced in managing P&Ls across a breadth of international settings. As a result, he is widely recognised for business turnaround, strategy development and revenue growth across complex, high-transaction, multi-site businesses.
