GEFCO joins CEVA Logistics
Following the closing of the acquisition by the CMA CGM Group in July 2022, GEFCO is now a part of CEVA Logistics, the Group’s wholly-owned logistics subsidiary.
Headquartered in Marseille, France, CEVA Logistics offers a broad range of end-to-end, customised solutions in contract logistics and freight management in 170 countries worldwide thanks to its 110,000 employees at more than 1,300 sites.
The CMA CGM Group is taking the next step in its strategic development in logistics by adding GEFCO to CEVA Logistics.
The acquisition of GEFCO and its integration into CEVA will create the world’s leading automotive logistics provider. In addition, GEFCO will reinforce CEVA’s leadership position in contract logistics. With the addition of GEFCO, CEVA Logistics is reinforcing its capabilities and geographic presence, especially in France and the rest of Europe.
